Discount Tire

All arrangements were made day before after Eriq received my order for new tires and wheels from web site. Save money and time by using discount tires web site. Estimated date to receive was Sep 8. Everything came is ahead of schedule and I was driving away with great set of wheels and new tires for my jeep. Eriq was great to work with. Recommend Discount Tires for any vehicle needs. Talk to Eriq and you will not be disappointed.

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire! Steven provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He helped me with a replacement tire, made sure my vehicle was safe to drive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What I appreciated most was that he wasn't just trying to make a sale—he genuinely cared about my safety. He pointed out which tires needed immediate attention, explained which ones could safely wait, and gave me honest recommendations so I could plan for future maintenance. That level of transparency and professionalism meant a lot. Thank you, Steven, for treating me with kindness, respect, and genuine care. It's rare to receive customer service like this, and you made the entire experience stress-free. Because of employees like you, I'll definitely continue recommending Discount Tire to others. — Jacqueline Govan

I just want to express my gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding professionalism and customer service we received at Discount Tire at the Killeen location. The servicemen are always helpful, friendly, quick, and detailed. Today was no different. I'm leaving this review on behalf of my husband, daughter and myself because of the amazing customer service Steven showed us today. He offered to stay after the stores closing hours to help make sure my daughter was able to get her tires placed on her vehicle. Steven went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's vehicle had tires and she could be back safely on the roads. Thanks Steven and all of the Discount Tire staff who always do an excellent job whenever we go to your location!

I had my front right tire completely blown out during my drive to work. I hopped on their website and scheduled an appointment to have my tire replaced for the same morning. I arrived shortly after they opened, explained to them what happened, and was immediately helped. I didn’t need to wait a few hours for my scheduled appointment. Dominick assisted me with my situation and was very helpful throughout the process. He was very transparent with my tire situation and provided a way forward for my damaged tire, ordered a new tire, and used my remaining tire as my new spare tire. He provided details regarding my tires’ tread, life span, and just did a phenomenal job overall.
